Confirmation must be obtained from our tour consultant before starting the tour by clearing all the payments in advance.
Cancellation Policy:
Once the tickets are purchased no cancellations will be accepted.
No refunds will be provided.

Pick up & Drop off:
Pick up & drop back will be provided from Dubai only.
Pick up from other emirates are available at an extra charge.
Points to Remember:
Dubai Dolphinarium reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals deemed not in the best interest of the public or Dubai Dolphinarium.
Ticket is valid only for the show issued and NO REFUND OR TRANSFER.
Child of 2 to 12 years old needs entry ticket.
Above 12 years old are considered Adult.
Food or beverages from outside Dubai Dolphinarium are not allowed.
No distribution of materials or soliciting the patrons of Dubai Dolphinarium without express written permission from the Management.
SHOW TIMINGS and PRICES are subject to change without prior notice.
Availability of Seats is on "First Come, First Serve Basis".
